I regret my purchase and wish to return the item.
If you are a private person, you can cancel your purchase and return an item if no more than 14 days have passed since you received the item from us.
If you buy an item from us as part of a business, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel a purchase. The right to cancellation cannot be used by companies or others who have acted as part of a business.
How do I proceed?
When exercising the right of cancellation, the item must be returned to us/Laviniabay without undue delay and no later than 14 days from when the notification of exercise of the right for cancellation. You as the buyer must cover all direct costs of returning the item.
Follow the following procedure when using the right of withdrawal:

Send us an e-mail to post@laviniabay.no with a description of which goods you wish to return before the deadline for the right to cancelation expires. The deadline applies for 14 days from the day you received the item. Be sure to include the order number so that we can identify the purchase and the item.

We will process the inquiry as quickly as possible and at the latest within 7 working days of receiving the e-mail.

You will then be contacted by one of our employees to arrange the return. Costs associated with packing and return must be covered by the buyer.

You/the buyer must ensure proper packaging of the item(s), which must be placed on the ground level fully packed at the agreed pick-up time. Note that the transport company will not accept goods that are not properly packed. If the item is not properly packed and/or available at the pick-up point at the agreed time, you will be charge for the costs associated with the return. The item is not considered returned until you/the buyer can documentate delivery/transport or when we/Laviniabay receive the item at the agreed return address.

Immediately and no later than 14 days after you/the buyer can documentate the return of the item or the seller has received the item at the agreed return address, the purchase price minus the transport costs will be refunded to the buyer.
